I began my career as an Officer in the US Navy, Private Banking Industry, Consulting in Market Research, Consulting in International beverage/food product development, branding sales, and distribution.
I spent over 25 years consulting with and working in these companies, developing sales teams, opening trade distribution, training sales teams and managers, and raising investment/working capital.
Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Cadbury Schweppes, MasterFoods | Mars, Incorporated, General Mills, Warner Bros., Marvel Entertainment, Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Walt Disney Company, Sara Lee, Lance Crackers, Cargill Meats, The Bruss Company, are some of the companies I consulted for and represented.
Today, I specialize, and I am committed to assisting executives and owners of small to medium-size businesses reach their personal and business goals and achieve greater levels of success. Success can be determined by money, by time with family, by an engaged productive team, leadership, effectiveness, and a clear strategy to keep pace with the rapid constant change we all face today.
I understand the issues that business owners and executives face. I have been there and experienced all the good and the bad firsthand. My experience comes from years “on the streets” and “in the trenches” with successful startup businesses and “turn-around” projects. Mike is uniquely qualified to assist the executive; entrepreneur; or sole proprietor business owner. I have been in client’s shoes and truly understand their needs.
I am no stranger to managing and owning businesses in good times as well as tough chaotic times. I spent the past decade owning and operating several service and retail businesses in Florida, managing middle to lower-wage employees with all the many challenges, blessings, and rewards.
After a successful career operating various enterprises and working with many companies, he chose to become an executive business coach and consult again with other executives and their companies to develop and execute their plans and make changes to achieve the results and greater levels of success they are looking for.
Mike is a recipient of the Alvin Law Award for Perseverance. To win this award, he leveraged his experience in growing his client base and helping them achieve their goals during the difficult times we have been a part of.
